Viking Double Folding knife
A simple reproduction of a folding knife based from finds in York and Canterbury. It has two blades operating on a pivot, with one blade operating as a craft knife and the other as a more general purpose utility knife. The blade is made from high carbon steel and the handle made from seasoned boxwood with steel and copper rivets.
A fantastic knife for Viking or Anglo-Saxon reenactors portraying craftsmen from the 10th Century or anyone wishing for a craft knife with a difference. Although there is no definitive answer on what these knives were used for, they seem to be perfectly adapted to be used for leather working- I use one myself for makin gmost of my knife sheaths.
Blade length; Small- 45mm, Large- 75mm
Handle Length: 98mm
