Deba Knife- Bog Oak

With a pointed blade, this knife is suitable for cutting hard vegetables and butchering fish and meat. It can be used for more delicate tasks, thus fulfilling a role similar to a paring knife, yet it is big enough to fill the gap between this and a full sized chefs knife. The handle is made from a piece of 5000 year old bog oak, varnished and finished with a faux ivory bolster as a contrast.
