Deba Knife - Burnt Walnut

With a pointed blade, this knife is suitable for cutting hard vegetables and butchering fish and meat. It can be used for more delicate tasks, thus fulfilling a role similar to a paring knife, yet it is big enough to fill the gap between this and a full sized chefs knife. Tough and versatile, it has a thick spine for additional strength however, it should not be used to cut thick bones.
